Job Description

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and growth.
Understand client goals and provide solutions to maximize product/service value.
Conduct onboarding sessions and training for new customers.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, product usage, and account health.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

Education & Experience

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing.
Experience working in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing companies (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
