Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
Customer Success Associate
to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is critical to our post-sales process, ensuring smooth implementation of Zotok.ai for our clients and delivering effective training to their ground-level staff. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to ensure customer satisfaction while driving business growth. You'll act as a bridge between our tech product and real-world users, making sure every customer feels confident and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand clients' business requirements and challenges to effectively guide product usage and setup, including customization, configuration, and integration within the customer's existing systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert guidance on how ZoTok.ai can address clients' specific needs and deliver tangible results.
- Provide training to field executives and ground-level staff to ensure they are fully equipped to use ZoTok.ai effectively and independently.
- Monitor initial product usage and offer ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the onboarding and implementation process, serving as a trusted advisor to the client.
- Collaborate with the internal product and tech teams to report user feedback and help improve platform usability.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and onboarding progress using CRM software.
- Ensure that the customer is well-supported throughout their journey, from onboarding through to achieving their first successful product usage and invoice generation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: BBA/MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Field Support roles (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi).
- Willingness to travel locally within Hyderabad for on-site implementations and trainings.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-tech users.
