Customer Success (Saas Sales 2-4 years)

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation to drive the sales cycle, engaging with clients to understand their business challenges and providing tailored SaaS solutions. You will also be involved in training and onboarding clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, staying updated with market trends, managing the sales pipeline, and developing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and target potential clients through channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals. - Drive the sales cycle by generating leads and scheduling product demonstrations. - Understand clients" business challenges to present tailored SaaS solutions aligned with their specific needs. - Provide comprehensive training to prospects on how to adopt JUGL for their organization. - Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. - Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline through our system. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry. - BE candidates are Preferable - Excellent presentation and communication skills, both online and in-person. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. - Goal-oriented and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM tools.,
