Job Description

Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding journey, delivering a seamless experience that maximizes product adoption and value.
Mentor and guide a team of onboarding specialists, adhering to best practices and the achievement of performance objectives.
Create comprehensive training materials, including digital content, videos, and documentation, to educate clients efficiently at scale.
Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to refine onboarding workflows and enhance training touchpoints.
Conduct live training sessions, product walkthroughs, and demonstrations to ensure clients fully understand and leverage Productcapabilities.
Monitor activation and engagement metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive solutions to address gaps.
Collect client feedback and provide actionable recommendations to internal teams to enhance product features and processes.
Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of onboarding and training initiatives.
Remain current with industry trends and client expectations to maintain a best-in-class onboarding experience.
