Customer Success Manager

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) - Sales at GreyB, you will be responsible for building strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they maximize the value from products/services, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling that align with their evolving needs.
