About Us:

At upGrad Enterprise, we partner with leading organizations to deliver impactful learning and skilling solutions. Were seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in EdTech, IT, Data & Tech domains. This is a client-facing role focused on ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and long term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and engagement.
Build and nurture strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage customer success operations – including reporting, data analysis, and delivering insights.
Develop and present client reports, dashboards, and performance reviews using Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with delivery and product teams to ensure timely execution of projects and solutions.
Track key metrics (CSAT, NPS, engagement levels) and drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring feedback translates into improved solutions.
Proactively resolve client issues, ensuring a high standard of service delivery

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Customer Success / Client Engagement / Account Management, preferably in EdTech or IT/Tech organizations.
Proven experience working with large B2B enterprise clients.
Strong data handling, analytical, and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to balance customer requirements with organizational priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and an operational mindset
