Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at our company, you will be responsible for owning post-sale relationships, driving renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring high product adoption among our international SaaS market clients. You will manage a large portfolio of customers, develop strategic engagement plans, and lead a small team towards shared goals. Key Responsibilities: - Own and nurture customer relationships across a large account base, aiming for a 90%+ renewal rate and identifying expansion opportunities. - Act as a trusted advisor for HR365 and Apps 365, aligning product capabilities with customer business outcomes. - Drive product adoption and usage through strategic check-ins, onboarding processes, and proactive engagement. - Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives based on customer needs and usage data. - Collaborate effectively with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to address issues and deliver value. - Monitor key success metrics such as adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction. - Mentor junior CSMs and contribute to the development of a high-impact customer success strategy. - Design and implement scalable engagement programs to enhance retention and promote customer advocacy. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or Project Delivery roles within the SaaS/Cloud space. - Experience managing 500+ international accounts, with a preference for US, UK, Canada, and Australia. - Strong understanding of business strategy and technical product use cases. - Proven track record of driving renewals and expanding account value through upselling and cross-selling. - Proficiency in cloud platforms, data analysis, and CRM tools.
