About the Role:


We are looking for a Client Success Manager



Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients via WhatsApp, email, or scheduled calls.
  • Onboard new clients (contracts, Slack/WhatsApp setup, intro calls, gathering assets).
  • Coordinate with ad buyers, designers, and copywriters to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor campaign reports and flag issues to the Performance Lead/Founder.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly client calls to update performance and next steps.
  • Gather feedback and ensure high client satisfaction & retention.
  • Document client requests and track deliverables in ClickUp/Asana.



Requirements:


  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in marketing/e-com agencies).
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Highly organized and proactive — must be good at follow-ups.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing/Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Problem solver, not problem escalator.
