Job Description

As a Customer Success & Sales Specialist in Enterprise IT Software with 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Sales, or Solution Consulting for B2B software, your main role will be to manage enterprise-level IT software clients to ensure high satisfaction and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end client lifecycle management, including on-boarding, retention, up-selling, renewals, and account expansion. Your key responsibilities will include generating and qualifying new leads through inbound and outbound strategies, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and converting them into long-term business opportunities. You will identify and engage potential clients through targeted prospecting efforts, manage the lead pipeline, and nurture prospects through personalized communication to accelerate sales conversion. Additionally, you will prospect and research potential leads within targeted verticals, nurture relationships through consistent follow-ups, relevant content, and value-driven conversations, and execute prospecting strategies to identify and engage potential customers. Furthermore, you will own revenue targets across assigned accounts by driving up-sells, cross-sells, and license expansion. You will also be responsible for managing proposal submissions, pricing negotiations, final deal closure, supporting RFPs/RFIs, and ensuring accurate CRM reporting, deal pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting. In terms of customer success and engagement, you will own client onboarding, implementation planning, smooth deployment of IT software solutions, build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders, conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure value realization, and track product usage, satisfaction metrics, and drive engagement strategies. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields (MBA is a plus), familiarity with SaaS platforms, enterprise IT systems, and cloud architecture, strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and solutions selling mindset, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-suite leaders. Preferred attributes include experience in handling clients from manufacturing, service sectors & OEMs specifically and multilingual proficiency in English, Hindi & Tamil.,
