We are Zeko AI, an AI Agent Platform transforming how businesses hire and operate. We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to act as the bridge between our clients, candidates, and product. In this role, you’ll ensure that clients gain maximum value from our solutions while candidates experience a seamless and professional AI-driven interview process. You’ll be instrumental in strengthening client relationships, refining product workflows, and shaping success strategies in a fast-growing AI startup.

Responsibilities:

Client Success & Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Support smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of Zeko AI products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and offering proactive solutions.
• Resolve client queries and address concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Experience & AI-Interview Operations

• Guide candidates through the AI-driven interview process, ensuring a professional and smooth experience.
• Troubleshoot real-time candidate issues and provide timely support.

Product & Operational Management

• Oversee execution of AI interview workflows and product functionalities.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to flag issues and suggest workflow optimizations.
• Provide actionable feedback from clients and candidates to improve the platform.

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate support, and operations.
• Prepare and share regular reports on success metrics, candidate experiences, and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline, with an interest in Client Success or SaaS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office.
• Willingness to work full-time from the Noida office.
