Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, sharp, and driven professional with 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, ERP implementation, client coordination, or functional consultancy. This is not a conventional support role. The position requires strong ownership, exceptional follow-up discipline, and the ability to proactively drive tasks to completion while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is confident, presentable, a fast learner, and highly execution-focused, with a strong interest in ERP/software onboarding and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary coordination point between clients, internal teams (product, tech, operations), and management
  • Drive ERP/software onboarding and implementation activities end-to-end
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on all open items, action points, and dependencies (non-negotiable responsibility)
  • Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables effectively
  • Conduct regular status updates, prepare project reports, and share progress with stakeholders
  • Understand ERP workflows, modules, and business processes to support smooth implementation
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and proactively push for resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and implementation records

1. Excellent Follow-Up Skills

  • Strong discipline in follow-ups and closure of tasks
  • Persistent, proactive, and outcome-driven
  • Ability to track multiple action items and ensure nothing slips

2. Strong Communication Skills

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Confident in client-facing discussions and meetings
  • Ability to draft professional emails, reports, and project updates

3. ERP & Technical Aptitude

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn ERP workflows, modules, and process.
  • Strong self-learning ability and effective use of online resources and Google search

4. Coordination & Accountability

  • Proven experience coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to “get things done” in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
