Job Overview

The Go-to-Market/Growth/Marketing Manager role at an early-stage AI SaaS startup focuses on driving demand generation, product distribution, and brand awareness to increase qualified leads and revenue. The position requires 3-5 years of experience and emphasizes strong operational execution, creativity, and a sales mindset. The candidate will execute targeted marketing campaigns, manage brand communication, and form strategic partnerships to accelerate company growth in the AI interview agent space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted email and account-based marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and experiment with new distribution channels and creative outreach strategies to expand customer base.
  • Establish and enhance brand communication across digital channels, including social media and podcasts, to build hype and market presence.
  • Organize and manage podcasts and creative campaigns to engage potential clients and partners.
  • Initiate and nurture partnerships to amplify product distribution and brand reach.
  • Design and implement innovative marketing tactics, such as gifting campaigns, to capture attention and drive engagement.


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth, go-to-market, or marketing roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of executing demand generation and lead acquisition strategies.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in account-based marketing and email marketing.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and comfort with tools like Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
