Customer Success cum Business Analyst Role - ERP/CRM

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – ERP/CRM Location: Indore | Work from Office Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers with ERP/CRM internship/project experience can also apply) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first line of support for our ERP/CRM users, ensuring smooth resolution of queries and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming queries from clients related to ERP/CRM functionalities via phone, email, or chat Troubleshoot user issues and provide accurate technical solutions or escalate when required Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and follow-ups in the ticketing system Work closely with product and development teams to resolve recurring issues Conduct basic product walkthroughs and user training when needed Contribute to knowledge base documentation and FAQs Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BCA/BBA/BE/Commerce preferred) Experience or knowledge of ERP/CRM systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with helpdesk tools and remote support platforms Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have: Exposure to SaaS-based ERP or CRM platforms Understanding of business workflows in sales, finance, or inventory modules Why Join Us?
