Customer Success cum Business Analyst Role - ERP/CRM

As a Customer Support Executive specializing in ERP/CRM, your role involves being the primary contact point for ERP/CRM users. You will play a crucial part in addressing customer queries, providing technical solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include: - Handling client queries related to ERP/CRM functionalities through phone, email, or chat - Troubleshooting user issues and offering accurate technical solutions or escalating when necessary - Maintaining detailed logs of customer interactions and follow-ups in the ticketing system - Collaborating with product and development teams to resolve recurring issues - Conducting basic product walkthroughs and user training as required - Contributing to knowledge base documentation and FAQs To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in BCA/BBA/BE/Commerce - Experience or knowledge of ERP/CRM systems - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with helpdesk tools and remote support platforms - Ability to manage time and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment It would be beneficial if you have exposure to SaaS-based ERP or CRM platforms and an understanding of business workflows in sales, finance, or inventory modules.
