Job Title: Jr. ERP Functional Consultant Location: Indore Experience: 0.6 – 2 years Job Type: Full-time Department: ERP Implementation/ERP Support / Functional Consulting About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. ERP Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support ERP implementation, configuration, and user training while acting as a bridge between technical teams and end-users. Ideal for candidates who are passionate about enterprise systems and business processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from clients. Support the configuration and customization of ERP modules as per client needs. Participate in ERP implementation, testing, and deployment processes. Provide functional support and troubleshooting during and post go-live. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate solutions. Assist in preparing training material and conducting end-user training sessions. Document business processes, workflows, and configurations. Provide regular updates to the project manager on deliverables and timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. 0.6 to 2 years of experience in ERP (any module: Finance, HRMS, Sales, Inventory, etc.). Understanding of business processes across functions like finance, HR, sales, procurement, or operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Basic understanding of databases and ERP platforms is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Internship or project experience with any ERP system. Certification in ERP or business analysis is a bonus.
