Job Description

Role Overview
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Handling existing customers and ensuring smooth renewals of services/products.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive retention & loyalty.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
  • Delivering excellent customer service support to resolve queries and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Achieving monthly revenue/renewal targets while ensuring compliance with company processes.
🔹 Role Details
  • Position: Customer Success Associate (Customer Service + Renewals)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales / Customer Service + Sales / Upselling / Renewals
  • Age Criteria: 24 – 37 years
  • Qualification: HSC (12th) & above
🔹 What We Offer
  • 💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹37,000 in-hand (based on last drawn) + Unlimited Incentives
  • 🌙 Night Allowance: ₹100/day
  • 🕛 Shift Timing: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • 📅 Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
  • 📑 Employment Type: On-Payroll
