Job Description

Role Overview
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for:

Handling existing customers and ensuring smooth renewals of services/products.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive retention & loyalty.
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
Delivering excellent customer service support to resolve queries and enhance client satisfaction.
Achieving monthly revenue/renewal targets while ensuring compliance with company processes.

🔹 Role Details

Position: Customer Success Associate (Customer Service + Renewals)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales / Customer Service + Sales / Upselling / Renewals
Age Criteria: 24 – 37 years
Qualification: HSC (12th) & above

🔹 What We Offer

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹37,000 in-hand (based on last drawn) + Unlimited Incentives
🌙 Night Allowance: ₹100/day
🕛 Shift Timing: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Night Shift)
📅 Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
📑 Employment Type: On-Payroll
