Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact and advise interested leads on suitable insurance products (Outbound LOB).
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Clearly communicate product benefits, features, and terms in both English and Hindi.
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy while addressing customer queries.
• Meet individual and team targets effectively.

Required Skillset:

• Excellent communication skills in

  English & Hindi

  (mandatory).
• No MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors.
• Knowledge of regional languages such as

  Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Assamese, Bengali, Oriya, Gujarati

  will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with confidence in sales conversations.
• Preferred: Prior experience in

  insurance sales or telesales

  .

Qualification:

• Graduates (any stream)

• Undergraduates with relevant experience

  in telesales/insurance/customer service are also eligible.

Experience:

• Open to both

  freshers

  and

  experienced candidates

  .
• Candidates with

  insurance domain experience

  and

  sales acumen

  will be preferred.

Compensation:

•  Salary Up to ₹4.2 LPA

Shift & Working Days:

• For Boys:

  Rotational Shifts

• For Females

  : Day shift until 8 PM

• 6 Days Working
