Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Customer Success Associate. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless post-sale experience, and addressing client queries and concerns effectively. Responsibilities include tracking customer satisfaction, analyzing feedback, supporting retention efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer success. The role also requires ongoing communication with clients to provide resources, insights, and assistance aligned with their needs.

Qualifications

• Customer Engagement and Customer Support skills to address client inquiries and foster positive relationships
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to ensure an excellent customer experience and long-term loyalty
• Analytical Skills for evaluating feedback, identifying customer needs, and providing relevant solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
• Experience in customer service, support, or success roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
