Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at this company located in Vijay Nagar, Indore, your main responsibility will be to handle inbound calls for Airtel Black services. You will also be required to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining detailed call records. The working hours for male employees involve rotational shifts, whereas female employees will have fixed day shifts from 7 AM to 8 PM for 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls for Airtel Black services - Resolve customer queries effectively and maintain accurate call records Qualifications Required: - Graduation is mandatory - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support As part of the team, you will need to possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers. Additionally, the training period for this role will last for 40-45 days with a stipend of 400/day. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
