Customer Services & Quality Control

Professional Experience & Responsibilities:

Role Focus:

Manage customer support functions, ensuring service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle functions/SLAs of Customer Support and maintain quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for members and trading participants. Address and resolve their queries and issues related to trading, technology, and operations promptly and professionally.
Log, track, and manage all incoming queries through various channels (phone, email, and visits). Ensure a timely and effective resolution and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Assist new members with the onboarding and documentation process. Provide clear and concise information to ensure a smooth and efficient joining experience.
Coordinate inter-department service synchronization.
Manage CRM entries, emails, and repeat call analysis.
Ensure data updates, audit SOP preparation, and compliance reporting.
Provide MIS/process dashboards for monitoring and customer delight.
Regularly update issues/market concerns for management review.

Candidate Profile:

Strong CRM and Call Centre Management exposure.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Experience in handling audits, compliance, and customer issue resolution.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
