Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

As an intern at THE BAMBOO BAE, your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system with a focus on accuracy and completeness. You will also assist in creating, tracking, and analyzing email marketing or customer engagement campaigns. Additionally, you will be reaching out to customers via phone to encourage purchases, address queries, and resolve any issues they may have. Another aspect of your role will involve generating basic reports on customer behavior, sales, or retention to provide insights for strategy development. You will also be expected to support cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales, and engage in market research activities to enhance CRM strategies. THE BAMBOO BAE was founded with a core belief that "no change is too small." The company was established by two travel enthusiasts, Anuj and Sanchit, who were inspired to address the issue of plastic waste they encountered during their travels. Their journey led them to discover handcrafted bamboo byproducts in the jungles of Northeast India, sparking the idea of introducing plastic-free products to the world.
