ROLE: Customer Service Trainee

LOCATION: Lamdapura, Manjusar, Vadodara- 391775

Role & Responsibilities:

• Represent Company to our Valued Customers for Coordinating and follow-up for Sales/Collections/Data Analysis.
• Be the most valuable contact for our customers for company support.
• Collect and Provide vital data from our customers, so as to improve the service efficiency of our Dispatch, Sales and Collections from external Customers.
• Collect and analyze data related to Customer Credit Control, including outstanding payments, credit limits, and customer risk analysis, to support better credit management.
• Create reports and Organize customer data for accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and performance opportunities for team and customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards using Excel or similar tools.

Who Can Apply:

• Recent graduates from B.Com, M.Com with Accounting & Finance
• Experienced individuals are also preferred
• Strong communication skills with mail drafting
• knowledge of MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables is a plus)
