Job Summary:

Freight Yodha is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Customer Support & Sales to lead a growing team, oversee client and vendor interactions, and ensure seamless truck bookings. If you have proven leadership skills, experience in sales or customer service, and the drive to deliver results, this is your chance to grow with one of India’s rising logistics brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Customer Support & Sales Executives

Manage and monitor client and vendor communications daily

Ensure timely assistance to customers for truck bookings (household & commercial)

Allocate sales leads, track team performance, and ensure closures

Support the team in preparing and sending quotations to clients

Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions to client issues

Drive team and individual sales targets with incentive opportunities

Maintain records, monitor performance, and report to management

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Diploma holders not eligible)

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Sales/Customer Support with at least 1 year in a Team Leader/Supervisory role

Language Skills: English (preferred), Hindi/Gujarati (advantage)

Other Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation ability

Max age limit: 38 years

Must be based in Vadodara (remote work not available)

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
