Customer Service Team Member

As an Assistant in the bakery, you will be responsible for supporting bakers in the preparation of doughs, batters, fillings, and icings. Operating bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters will be under supervision to ensure the proper weighing, measuring, and mixing of ingredients. Your role will also involve baking, decorating, and packaging bakery products according to company standards. Maintaining cleanliness in the baking area, including washing utensils and sanitizing surfaces, is essential. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels and restock ingredients as necessary while adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. Providing assistance with customer service tasks such as taking orders and responding to inquiries will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the bakery team to achieve daily production targets is key. Requirements for this role include having prior experience in a bakery or food industry (preferred but not mandatory), basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices, and the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong attention to detail and the capability to follow recipes accurately are essential. You should also possess good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle various baking tasks. Being a team player with effective communication skills is important for successful performance in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers as well. The job may involve working day shifts, evening shifts, and rotational shifts. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred for this in-person role.,
