Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and manage customer queries in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. Provide accurate information about products/services. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback in the CRM. Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients and prospects. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Schedule appointments or product demonstrations as required. Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar customer service role. Excellent verbal communication skills in english , hindi marathi. Good knowledge of computer programs Ability to learn about products and services quickly. Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude. Preferred Skills: Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,806.92 - ₹15,985.33 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
