Role Overview: You will be a full-time Customer Service Specialist based in New Delhi, responsible for handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing customer experience. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer queries via phone, email, and in-person, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, and documenting customer interactions and feedback.
