As a Customer Service Specialist at our New Delhi location, you will play a crucial role in handling customer support inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include maintaining phone etiquette, enhancing customer experience, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. You will be expected to respond to customer queries through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person, while also documenting interactions and feedback.
