Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Client Servicing Executive at Layam Advertising, Chennai. The ideal candidate should:

• Understand and identify social media trends

• Present fresh ideas to clients and make conversations engaging

• Pitch to new clients, onboard them, and manage their accounts

• Coordinate between internal teams—designers, animators, and social media executives

• Ensure timely delivery, client approvals, and smooth campaign execution

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of social media trends, platforms, and content styles

• Ability to think creatively and share ideas that excite clients

• Excellent client interaction and presentation skills

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to brief designers, animators, and the social media team clearly

• Knowledge of branding, advertising processes, and campaign management

• Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good command of English (and Tamil for Chennai-based clients is a plus)
