Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at our Hyderabad location. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by assisting members, addressing their inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly. Daily tasks include supporting members via phone, email, and in-person communication, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and handling membership-related processes. Additionally, the role involves fostering a friendly environment that reflects the inclusive and motivating culture of Beatbox Fitness.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to assist and engage with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience principles to ensure a premium experience for all members.
• Excellent Phone Etiquette for professional and friendly interactions with customers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, fitness, or hospitality industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• A passion for fitness and enthusiasm for providing outstanding service.
