CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST ( US CLIENTS ) Profile: Customer Service Specialist Job Type: Full-time Location: Chhani, Vadodara, Gujarat Shift: US Shift Rotational (5:30 PM to 3:00 AM/11:30 PM to 9:00AM) Including 1HR Lunch Break) Working Days: 5 days a week (rotational week-offs) Training Duration: 2 weeks Responsibilities: l The role of a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) will be to work alongside our US clients and provide virtual assistance for their business via calls, chats and e-mails. l Additionally, they need to replicate the client’s business like payroll handling, back-office work, e-commerce, sales, content writing, digital marketing etc and work on their projects.
