Client Account Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Should carry experience into US Staffing Account Management post sales.
• Should have direct communication with POC's
• Should carry experience in escalations handling.
• Candidate should have handled account executives team.
• Drove account growth and maximized revenue generation  
• Responsible for direct business and mapping the account
• Negotiate bill rates with client managers and resolved client issues  
• Implement account penetration strategy and conducted client meetings  
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports
• Consistently exceed client SLAs, negotiate favorable rates and contract terms  
• Achieve high account fill rates and meet or exceed delivery metrics  
• Partner closely with recruiting, delivery, onboarding, timesheet, ER, and payroll teams  
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by effectively addressing challenging client requests  
• Skilled in creating and delivering presentations to communicate progress and strategic initiatives  
• Maintain a deep understanding of client needs within specific technical verticals
