Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the agriculture industry and present our products or services
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services and address customer objections
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tele-sales or telemarketing, preferably in the agriculture industry (not mandatory)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening abilities
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment
  • A bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory
