Handle incoming student/parent queries via calls, chat, and email.


Onboard new customers and guide them through platform features.


Ensure high engagement and usage of our learning products.


Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.


Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.


Collaborate with sales, product, and academic teams to improve customer experience.
