Job Description

At VOYE HOMES®, we are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Customer Service Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service, solving problems effectively, and building long-lasting customer relationships in the travel and hospitality sector.

Qualifications

  • 0–1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Postgraduate degree.
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and quick decision-making abilities.
  • Active listening skills to handle diverse customer interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed, agility, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and interactions with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude.
  • Communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—with diverse customers in a calm and empathetic manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions related to bookings and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, striving for first-contact resolution, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Contact customers daily to track check-ins and check-outs.
  • Document customer feedback, identify trends, and share insights to improve service quality.
  • Encourage satisfied customers to share reviews on Google and other platforms.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address concerns and reduce customer journey friction points.
  • Recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service excellence.
  • Develop strong knowledge of VOYE HOMES® properties and services to provide accurate guidance.
  • Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat business through personalized interactions and follow-ups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
