About the role

  • Your main target will be meeting customers' needs and expectations: you will provide support and help by managing our customers' reservations and delivering answers regarding pre- and past-travel questions.
  • Using all customer communication channels, your goal will be to bring an assertive outcome every time.
  • Another important target is to grow continuously till you reach an outstanding product knowledge level in order to support any queries customers may have.
  • Learn from an environment where you receive and give helpful feedback and valuable support from your teammates.
  • Engaging and collaborating with sales and booking processing teams when required.
  • Escalating issues/bugs to our engineer's team and collaborating to resolve them.
  • Based on what you learn, you'll advise on the ideal customer journey in Omprime.

About You

You are passionate about customer service and have an outstanding ability to look at the customer's experience through his or her own eyes.

  • You have excellent listening skills and are confident in managing challenging conversations with customers.
  • You are confident in your ability to write clear, effective, and personalized messages communicating both with customers and internal teams.
  • You are reliable, self-motivated, and organized in your work and have no problem meeting and exceeding expected performance metrics.
  • You hardly get sidetracked by the difficulties and are resourceful in solving problems that arise, but you also know when to ask for help.
  • You are not afraid to ask questions or offer suggestions and admit to working with others to get the job done.
  • You know well how the internet works and use common apps and tools to solve your own problems.

Were looking for someone who is available to work night and weekend shifts.

This Position is an On-site position and is based out of our Gurgaon Office; Candidates Selected will go through Virtual Training (1 Month) and must have their own equipment (System, Headset Broadband Etc.) to attend Training. Upon Training completion Candidates will be required to work from Office.
