Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, contract management, and customer service.
Handle customer contracts, renewals, and documentation in coordination with relevant departments.
Manage escalations efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution.
Support the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and MIS using Excel and PowerPoint.
Track and monitor sales performance, pipeline updates, and customer feedback.
Coordinate and schedule customer meetings, reviews, and follow-ups.
Travel to client locations (within or outside the city) for relationship management and business reviews, as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or client relationship management (preferably in B2B).
Prior experience in direct customer interaction or account management is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Gujarati preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong problem-solving and escalation management abilities.
Customer-centric approach with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and willing to travel when required.
