Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Customer Relations located in Lucknow. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills to improve services, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.
