Customer Service Specialist

Position: Client Communication & Coordination Executive Location: On-site at Factory, Agra Employment Type: Full-time About Us: Blkbrd Shoemaker is a premium hand-welted footwear brand focused on craftsmanship, customization, and heritage. Our factory in Agra produces high-quality leather shoes and boots for customers across India and internationally. Role Summary: We are looking for a smart, organized, and English-proficient individual to manage client communication, respond to WhatsApp and email queries, and coordinate internally with our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between our clients and the production team to ensure timely updates and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: • Communicate professionally with clients over WhatsApp, email, and phone in fluent English. • Understand client requirements, relay them clearly to the production team, and provide timely updates. • Maintain order status trackers and proactively follow up on pending tasks. • Coordinate with craftsmen and operations team inside the factory to ensure custom specifications are met. • Resolve client queries efficiently while maintaining a positive brand tone. • Assist in updating internal documentation, CRM, or client files if needed. Requirements: • Strong written and spoken English (mandatory) • Minimum 1–2 years experience in client service, coordination, or communication roles • Comfortable working from the factory and interacting with the production team • Well-organized with attention to detail • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and email tools • Male candidates preferred for ease of floor coordination (open to female candidates with relevant experience) Nice to Have: • Interest in footwear, leather goods, or fashion • Experience working in a manufacturing setup Work Days: Monday to Friday Location: Factory premises, Agra Show more Show less
