About This Role As an Accounting Specialist/ MGA Intercompany Clearing House Leader you will ensures accounting activity recorded within the company’s records and books are accurate and complete. You will be responsible for budgeting, product costing, recording, reporting, analyzing and communicating functional/business activity results. Assists the function/business management teams in financial analysis necessary for decision-making. In this role, you will require understanding of key business drivers for your discipline and function. You will need to be able to expand conceptual and working knowledge related to your discipline or functional area. You are expected to provide informal guidance to new team members and be able to explain complex information to others. It is your responsibility to use technical experience, established practices, and personal judgement to analyze and resolve straightforward problems. Key Responsibilities Lead department tasks to ensure balance in inter-company AR and APAY. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and serve as a representative in projects. Ensure timely and accurate intercompany invoice payments and account reconciliations. Develop and maintain knowledge of supported countries and address cross-functional issues. Provide management with reports and ensure activities have current documentation. Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and implement process and technology changes.
