Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include phone etiquette and direct customer service interactions to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
