Customer Service Specialist

At Blkbrd Shoemaker, we craft premium hand-welted shoes and boots for clients across the globe. To match our craftsmanship, we’re building a strong customer care team at our Agra office.

We are looking for a Customer Care Associate who is:

✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written)

✅ Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented

✅ Comfortable handling customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and calls

✅ Preferably with knowledge or passion for footwear

✅ Ready to work from our Agra office (this is not a remote position)

Experience: Prior customer service or client-facing role is an advantage.
