The brand focuses on providing long-term healing solutions rather than temporary relief.


Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative at Zanskar. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information and assistance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. While the role is primarily based in Gurugram, there is flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
