We’re now looking for a Customer Relationship Associate who can help us build meaningful customer relationships, drive repeat sales, and make sure every customer feels heard, valued, and supported. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Customer Relationship Associate. As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will manage customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer support, enhancing customer experience, addressing service-related issues, and assisting in sales activities. You will also be responsible for onboarding new customers and delivering information to ensure they are well-informed about our products. What you'll do Make outbound sales calls to warm leads—customers who’ve shown interest or made a past purchase Follow up with high-potential customers to drive retention and build long-term loyalty Collect feedback, answer questions, and act as a brand ambassador in every interaction Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey Who we're looking for 1–2 years of experience in customer support, telesales, or relationship management Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication and listening skills Empathetic, persuasive, and customer-obsessed Comfortable working with CRM tools, calling dashboards, and Google Sheets Someone who enjoys talking to people and can build trust over the phone Why Join Us?
