Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Customer Relationship Associate. As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will manage customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer support, enhancing customer experience, addressing service-related issues, and assisting in sales activities. You will also be responsible for onboarding new customers and delivering information to ensure they are well-informed about our products.
