We’re now looking for a Customer Relationship Associate who can help us build meaningful customer relationships, drive repeat sales, and make sure every customer feels heard, valued, and supported.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Customer Relationship Associate. As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will manage customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer support, enhancing customer experience, addressing service-related issues, and assisting in sales activities. You will also be responsible for onboarding new customers and delivering information to ensure they are well-informed about our products.

What you'll do

• Make outbound sales calls to warm leads—customers who’ve shown interest or made a past purchase
• Follow up with high-potential customers to drive retention and build long-term loyalty
• Collect feedback, answer questions, and act as a brand ambassador in every interaction
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

Who we're looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, telesales, or relationship management
• Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication and listening skills
• Empathetic, persuasive, and customer-obsessed
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, calling dashboards, and Google Sheets
• Someone who enjoys talking to people and can build trust over the phone
