We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Relationship Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in telecalling, sales, and digital marketing.

You will be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls for sales, lead generation & cold calling
• Explaining products/services clearly to customers in Hindi, English & Odia
• Following up with leads and converting them into sales
• Managing digital marketing campaigns including social media promotions
• Assisting in online marketing, branding & customer engagement activities

Requirements

✅ Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling / Sales
✅ Must be fluent in Hindi, English & Odia
✅ Strong convincing & customer handling skills✅ Knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media Promotions
✅ Must have own Laptop & Smartphone
✅ Ability to work with targets and deadlines
