Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, maintaining a positive customer experience, and supporting various customer engagement initiatives. Additionally, the role will focus on building strong relationships with clients and ensuring effective resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
• Proficiency in roles such as Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
