Provide excellent support to both domestic and international customers through phone, email, and chat. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Handle complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Support international clients with cultural sensitivity and time zone awareness.

Qualifications:

  • HSC/UG/PG degree preferred.
  • 0-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
  • Proficient in CRM and basic computer tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
