Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Thane. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. The role also involves managing customer accounts and following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, including handling phone, email, and chat support
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
