Customer & Employee Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in resolving customer and employee problems, incidents, issues, requests, and queries.
  
• Collaborate with other internal support teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  
• Accurately document all incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in the system.
  
• Perform timely notifications, proper escalation, and efficient tracking of all issues.
  
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure closure and customer/employee satisfaction.
  
• Maintain a strong focus on communication and service quality rather than transactional processing.
  
• Adhere to organizational policies, shift schedules, and service-level expectations.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Strong problem-solving and logical/critical thinking skills.
  
• Previous experience in customer support or employee helpdesk roles is an advantage.
