Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Customer Service Representative will handle client inquiries, provide efficient support, ensure a positive customer experience, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include assisting students and families with questions about the study abroad process, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service to meet client needs and expectations. The representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring high levels of customer engagement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and resolve client concerns effectively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in education consulting or customer-facing roles is an advantage
